JR HR Officer

We are seeking an enthusiastic and dynamic HR Executive to join our HR team. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and training. You will play a key role in ensuring smooth HR operations and fostering a positive work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Recruitment and Selection:
• Screen resumes based on specific criteria
• Call and schedule interviews for shortlisted candidates
• Coordinate with the hiring managers to arrange interviews
2. Onboarding:
• Facilitate the onboarding process for new employees
• Ensure new joiners are well integrated into the company culture
3. Employee Engagement:
• Organize and conduct employee engagement activities to enhance workplace morale
4. Training and Development:
• Assist in identifying training needs and support employee development initiatives
5. Administrative Work:
• Handle HR-related administrative tasks and documentation
• Maintain accurate employee records

Required Qualifications:

• Education: BBA (HR), MBA (HR), MPM or equivalent
• Experience: 1-2 years in an HR role (preferably in the manufacturing industry)
• Skills:
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Effective conflict resolution abilities
• Strategic thinking and problem-solving
• Good understanding of labor laws and HR practices
• Ability to interact with people at all levels professionally
