Position Overview
The Digital Marketing Manager will play a critical role in expanding Indigo Paints’ online presence. The ideal candidate will have a strategic vision for digital presence of the brand. They will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing online marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness, increase website traffic.

Key Responsibilities

• Digital Strategy Development:
• Develop, implement, and manage a comprehensive digital marketing strategy across all digital platforms.
• Content Marketing and Social Media Management:
• Oversee creation of engaging content and social media campaigns on platforms like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.
• Develop a social media calendar to maximize engagement and brand reach.
• Agency Coordination:
• Coordinate with digital agency to ensure effective execution of marketing strategies.
• SEO and SEM Optimization:
• Drive organic traffic growth through effective SEO strategies, keyword optimization, and competitive analysis.
• Plan and manage pay-per-click (PPC) campaigns and optimize ads to achieve targeted ROI.
• Website Management:
• Ensure the company website is up-to-date, user-friendly, and optimized for mobile and desktop experiences.
• Collaborate with web developers and designers to enhance UX/UI and lead conversion rates.
• Data Analysis and Reporting:
• Use analytics tools (Google Analytics, SEMrush, etc.) to measure campaign performance and identify improvement areas.
• Generate monthly and quarterly reports on digital performance metrics, providing actionable insights.
• Influencer Marketing:
• Identify and collaborate with social media-based influencers to amplify brand reach and authenticity.
• Manage budgets and relationships to ensure ROI on influencer partnerships.

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Media, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in digital marketing with a consumer brand or digital marketing agency.
• Proven track record of successful digital campaigns and measurable business results.
• Proficiency with analytics and SEO tools (Google Analytics, Google Ads, SEMrush, etc.).
• Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple campaigns and deadlines.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of the paint or FMCG/CD industry.
• Experience with influencer marketing and brand partnerships.
• Certification in Google Ads, Digital Marketing, or related areas
