Manager - Digital Marketing

Job Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Digital Marketing and Website Operations Manager to oversee the maintenance and growth of our website, manage our social media channels, and lead our digital marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate will be responsible for website operations, sales growth strategies, social media management, content creation, vendor management, and more. This role is crucial in ensuring the smooth operation of our online presence and driving our digital marketing efforts to achieve business goals.

Role & responsibilities

1. Website Maintenance and Operations:

• Manage and maintain the company website, ensuring it is up-to-date, secure, and optimized for performance.
• Conduct regular website sanitation to ensure a clean and user-friendly interface.

2. Website Sales and Growth:

• Monitor website sales and develop strategies to increase revenue and conversion rates.
• Create and analyze sales reports, providing insights and recommendations to stakeholders.

3. Social Media Management:

• Handle social media channels including Facebook, X (Twitter),Instagram, and LinkedIn.
• Develop and execute content strategies for social media platforms to enhance engagement and following.

4. Content Creation and Execution:

• Create, curate, and manage content for social media channels and the website.
• Ensure consistent and high-quality content that aligns with the brands voice and marketing goals.

5. Vendor Management:

• Coordinate with vendors for website-related projects and ensure timely delivery of services.
• Manage relationships with external partners to support website and digital marketing initiatives.

6. Reporting and Analytics:

• Generate detailed reports on website sales and social media performance.
• Provide actionable insights based on data analysis to improve overall digital strategy.

7. Social Media Growth:

• Devise and implement strategies to enhance social media following and engagement.
• Stay updated with social media trends and best practices to drive continuous improvement.

8. E-Boutiques Management:

• Collaborate with brands to create and maintain e-boutiques on the DDFS website.
• Ensure a seamless and attractive shopping experience for customers.

9. Digital Marketing Leadership:

• Lead digital marketing initiatives, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, and online advertising.
• Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing campaigns to drive traffic and sales.

Qualifications:

• Overall experience : 6-10 years.
• Proven experience in website management and digital marketing.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms and content creation.
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to generate insights from data.
• Experience in vendor management and collaboration with external partners.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously

Preferred candidate profile

• Experience with e-commerce platforms and sales growth strategies.
• Preferably working with agencies managing websites.
• Knowledge of SEO, SEM, and digital advertising tools and techniques.
• Familiarity with content management systems and website analytics tools.
