Key Responsibilities:
Digital Marketing Strategy Development:
Lead the creation and execution of comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with business goals, ensuring all campaigns support the overall brand vision and objectives.
P&L Management:
The incumbent would also be responsible for managing the sales
and delivery of digital products to our customers (doctors). The products are namely
Campaign Management:
Oversee the end-to-end management of digital marketing
campaigns across multiple platforms, including social media, search engines, email,
content marketing, and paid advertising (PPC, display, etc.).
SEO & SEM Optimization:
Develop and execute strategies for both organic and paid search to drive high-quality traffic. Optimize website content for SEO and manage SEM campaigns on platforms like Google Ads, Bing Ads, etc.
Analytics & Performance Tracking:
Use analytics tools (Google Analytics,
SEMrush, HubSpot, etc.) to monitor, analyse, and report on campaign performance.
Generate insights and optimize strategies to ensure maximum ROI and continuous
improvement.
Content & Social Media Strategy:
Oversee the creation and distribution of high-
quality content across multiple digital channels, including website, blogs, social
media, and email campaigns. Manage social media platforms, developing and
executing strategies to increase engagement and brand awareness.
Lead Generation & Conversion Optimization: Implement strategies to generate
qualified leads, manage lead nurturing, and optimize conversion rates across digital
touchpoints.
Budget Management:
Develop and manage the digital marketing budget, ensuring
effective allocation of resources to achieve campaign goals while maximizing ROI.
Collaboration & Cross-functional Coordination:
Work closely with other departments (Sales, Product, Customer Service, etc.) to ensure alignment and integration of digital strategies with broader company objectives.
Market Research & Trend Analysis:
Stay updated on the latest digital marketing
trends, technologies, and best practices. Conduct competitive analysis and adapt
strategies to remain competitive in the market.
Qualifications:
• Education: Masters degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related
field, a formal degree/certification in digital marketing would be preferred.
• Experience: Minimum of 5-6 years of experience in digital marketing, lead
generation and customer acquisition.
Skills Must to have
• Prior experience in digital health/digital marketing in B2B , B2C or B2B2C space in
order of priority, or
• Prior experience in digital marketing in B2B , B2B
• 5-6 years of core sales & marketing experience
• Working with doctors / Direct to consumer as a customer segment
• 4-5 year first-hand experience of working with prevalent digital tools like SEO, SEM,
FB, Google Ads and likewise.
Good/Nice to have
• Good analytical abilities along with ability to view and use dashboards
• Prior experience with tools like Tableau, Power BI or similar platforms
• Understanding of core technologies like React, Native, Java
