Job Description

Experience: 15+ Years.

Job Summary:

We are seeking a Client Engagement Manager with strong technical expertise and over 15 years of experience to engage with global clients, introduce our technical services/products, and convert discussions into business opportunities.

The ideal candidate should possess a solid technical background, enabling them to discuss and understand client needs at a deeper level, and travel extensively to build global client relationships and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

- Act as a key representative to engage global clients, introducing our technical services and product offerings, and establishing long-term relationships.

- Leverage strong technical knowledge to understand and discuss client business challenges and provide appropriate solutions.

- Travel extensively on a global scale to meet clients, participate in high-level discussions, and manage client interactions.

- Present technical solutions clearly and effectively to clients, aligning them with the business objectives and needs of the client.

- Work closely with internal technical delivery teams to ensure proposed solutions meet client expectations and are feasible for execution.

- Follow up regularly with clients after initial meetings to build rapport, address concerns, and move engagements forward.

- Convert client interactions into business opportunities by thoroughly understanding their technical requirements and offering tailored solutions.

- Stay up to date on emerging technologies and industry trends to ensure relevance in client discussions and maintain a competitive edge.

- Collaborate with business development teams to prepare proposals, presentations, and other client-facing materials.

- Represent the company at global client meetings, conferences, and technical presentations, driving engagement and conversion.

Required Skills And Qualifications.

- 15+ years of experience in a client-facing role with a strong focus on technical delivery, solutions, or consulting.

- Broad technical knowledge across multiple domains (cloud computing, software development, AI, data solutions, product development lifecycle etc.

- Proven ability to engage with clients at both a technical and business level, discussing complex technical solutions with clarity.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a track record of building strong client relationships and converting discussions into business.

- Experience working with global clients across diverse geographies and industries.

- Willingness to travel extensively to meet clients globally.

- Ability to manage multiple engagements simultaneously, driving them towards business outcomes.

Preferred Qualifications.

- Technical education background and business acumen.

- Experience in IT, consulting, or technical services.

- Familiarity with emerging technologies and global business trends.

- Exposure to US, Middle East and South East Asian markets, in addition to India.
