Sr. Executive Accounts Payable || Indifi

Key Responsibilities

• Post business transactions in tally software, process invoices (verification, paymentand proper record keeping).
• Maintain meticulous records of outstanding payables, prepaid expenses, expensestracker/sheet.
• To provide details/information as required during tax/internal/statutory audits.
• Ensure accuracy in payments (banking transactions).
• Computation of TDS and deposit.
• Effective monitoring to ensure payments are made to vendors within timeline.
• Assemble and review invoices to be completed for payment.
• Obtain proper information and/or data regarding invoice/vendor payments.
• Input daily book-keeping and record keeping details
• Verify invoices against purchase orders and ensure goods or services were received before issuing payment to vendors.
• Ensure proper communication within the team members before and post payments.
• Preparation and updation of SOPs.
• Preparation and analysis of monthly Exp. Level MIS.
• Reconciliation of vendor balances on periodically.
