Business Development Executive - B2B/Retail

• Conduct market research to identify potential growth areas and market trends.
• Analyze competitor strategies and market dynamics to stay ahead of the competition.
• Assess consumer preferences and demand to inform product and service development.
• Develop and implement a comprehensive business development strategy for retail expansion.
• Set clear objectives and key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of expansion efforts.
• Create and manage budgets and forecasts for retail expansion initiatives.
• Identify and establish strategic partnerships with key stakeholders, including suppliers, distributors, and retailers.
• Negotiate and manage partnerships and contracts to ensure mutually beneficial outcomes.
• Drive sales and revenue growth by identifying and pursuing new retail opportunities.
• Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective sales strategies and initiatives.
• Monitor sales performance and adjust strategies as needed to meet or exceed targets.

ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITY

• Prepare regular reports and presentations to update senior management on progress and results of retail expansion efforts.
• Analyze sales data and market feedback to refine strategies and make data-driven decisions.
