- On-time and quality project delivery to meet the client's success criteria.

- Proactively managing the relationship and communication with the client to ensure a high level of satisfaction.

- Develop and manage comprehensive project plans.

- Participate in project planning activities, including defining detailed project tasks/activities.

- Work collaboratively with internal resources, keeping the best interests of the customer (technical support, engineering, sales, etc.) and meeting project timelines.

- Track project performance to ensure the successful completion of the project's short-and long-term goals.

- Manage the budget, timeline, resources, and scope.

- Effectively manage and publish weekly executive updates and facilitate monthly Steering committee meetings.

- Work closely with stakeholders within each customer account to identify their workflow processes and business challenges to create a Business Requirements document and project plan with the goal of a successful implementation of their chosen solution.

- Develop a strategy for each engagement by identifying their critical success criteria, measurable milestones, potential risks, and recommended plan of action.

- Ensure 100% quality on each delivery using standard testing methods, validation, and user acceptance testing.

Qualifications :

- Overall 8+ years of experience with 5+ years of relevant consulting/customer delivery experience with large enterprises globally.

- CSM, PMP, or equivalent certifications in project management principles an asset.

- Domain experience or subject matter expertise in Workforce Management, Time & Attendance, and Professional Services Management would be considered an asset.

- Must demonstrate good judgment and a pragmatic approach to delivering solutions that optimize activities across company needs, business constraints, and technological realities.
