Accounts Manager

We are actively seeking an experienced Financial Accountant to join our team. As a Accountants Manager, you will be responsible for monitoring all financial data, preparing accurate statements, and ensuring compliance with legal regulations.

Role & responsibilities

• Managing and maintaining financial records, including general ledger accounts and financial statements.
• Working with spreadsheets, sales and purchase ledgers and journals
• Invoice processing and filing.
• Preparing and reviewing annual/quarterly budgets, forecasts and financial reports
• Processing expense requests for the accountant to approve.
• Ability to work as part of a accounts team and take direction accurately.
• Recording, maintaining and managing day-to-day financial transactions of the company
• Coordinating and preparing and maintaining purchase orders, invoices, and payment orders
• Coordinating internal and external audits
• Reviewing and processing vendor invoices with an accurate booking of TDS/GST in the Oracle system.
• Perform monthly, quarterly and annual financial closing activities.
• Manage tax payments, Monitor and report on accounting discrepancies.

Preferred candidate profile

l Bachelor's degree in commerce or equivalent. Master Degree is preferred.

l Minimum 10 years of experience in accounting or finance.

l Advanced knowledge of MS Excel and Tally software

l Proven work experience as a Financial Accountant or similar role

l Excellent math skills with an attention to detail

l Time-management abilities
