Technical Executive

Role & responsibilities

• Project Tracking: Monitor and report on the progress of various digitalization and new technology initiatives.
• Coordination: Act as the point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring effective communication, collaboration and project management
• Meeting Scheduling: Organize and schedule meetings, ensuring all necessary participants are informed and prepared.
• Reporting: Prepare detailed reports on project status, performance metrics, and other relevant data.
• Presentations: Create engaging and informative PowerPoint presentations for meetings, conferences, and other events.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate records of meetings, project updates, and other important documents.
• Support Activities: Assist with other administrative tasks as required by the CTO.

Preferred candidate profile

• 2-3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a technology-driven environment.
• Bachelors degree in business administration, Information Technology, or a related Technical field
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and digital tools
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• High level of creativity and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Flexibility and agility in handling various tasks and adapting to changing priorities.
• Working knowledge of MS Projects is an added advantage
• Energetic and proactive in approach.
• Focused on achieving goals and delivering high-quality results.
• Adaptable to new challenges and changing environments.
• Quick to respond and act in a fast-paced setting.
