Role and Responsibilities

• Call potential clients to explain and sell the company's services.
• Build good relationships with clients through regular follow-ups and support.
• Turn leads into customers by effectively pitching our services
• Answer client questions and resolve their complaints quickly over Calls, Emails, or WhatsApp.
• Follow company rules while handling client calls and sales.
• Keep data safe and maintain backups on systems and mobile devices.
• Record all call details, sales, and client information properly.
• Ensure clients are happy with the service and keep in touch regularly.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Good Communication Skills (speaking and writing)
• Confident in convincing people over calls.
• Work well with others
• Basic knowledge of computer
• Able to build trust and maintain good relations with clients
• Keep records and data well-managed
• Previous experience in Telecalling/Tele Sales in sectors such as Telecom, Loans, Credit Cards, Real Estate, Banking, or Advisory services is preferred.
