Customer Care Executive-Voice Process- Night shifts

Role & responsibilities

• Respond promptly to customer inquiries
• Handle and resolve customer complaints
• Obtain and evaluate all relevant information to handle product and service inquiries
• Provide pricing and delivery information
• Perform customer verification's.
• Process orders, forms, applications and requests
• Organize workflow to meet customer timeframes
• Direct requests and unresolved issues to the designated resource
• Manage customers' accounts
• Keep records of customer interactions and transactions
• Maintain Customer focus at all times and respond to customers enquiries via Live Chat & e-mails.
• Responsible for providing chat support to customers.
• Responsible for customer satisfaction through effective handling of customer problems.
• Work requires strong command over the product in addition to effective written skills.
• Performs work in accordance to standardized policies and procedures.
• Good Command on verbal & written English
• Typing speed at least 35 wpm.

Preferred candidate profile

We are looking for dynamic & self-motivated individuals with excellent communication skills with convincing skills to book flight tickets with us. The customer care executive will be responsible for developing the relationship with customers to retain them for a long run. They should be the voice for all aspects of the organizations with respect to online presence.
