Manager / Sr Manager - Investor Relations

Job role:

1. Stakeholder Relationship Management:

Investor Relations:

- Foster and sustain strong relationships with both existing and prospective investors, as well as analysts.

- Serve as the primary liaison for all inquiries from the investment community.

- Respond promptly and professionally to shareholder questions and concerns.

Investor Engagement & Events:

- Plan and coordinate quarterly earnings calls to communicate company performance.

- Assist in organizing participation in investor conferences, meetings, and other events that highlight the company's financial results and strategic direction.

- Ensure smooth and effective communication during these events, addressing questions and providing relevant insights.

Feedback & Enhancement:

- Collect feedback from investors and analysts to better understand their views on the company's performance and potential areas for improvement.

- Leverage this feedback to refine and enhance investor relations presentations, reports, and strategies.

2. Strategy & Analysis:

- Conduct detailed benchmarking against industry peers to gather insights relevant for business

- Analyze financial and operational key performance indicators (KPIs) to generate actionable insights for sales and operations teams.

- Lead strategic business initiatives as assigned, ensuring alignment with overall company goals.

3. Internal Team Collaboration:

Finance Team Coordination:

- Work closely with the finance team to ensure the integrity of financial data and compliance with accounting standards.

- Collaborate on the preparation and distribution of accurate and timely financial reports, earnings releases, and other key financial communications.

Strategic Insights & Market Analysis:

- Partner with relevant teams to gather insights into market trends and the competitive landscape.

- Conduct primary and secondary research to support these insights.

Communication Framework Development:

- Collaborate with the marketing team to design and implement both internal and external communication frameworks.

- Ensure all communication materials are prepared and ready for critical events such as financial releases and investor meetings.

Legal & Compliance Coordination:

- Work with legal and compliance teams to draft and submit necessary reports to regulatory authorities.

- Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and maintain transparency in all communications.

4. Treasury management:

- Manage the treasury operations for the 2500+ crore treasury reserves of the organization.

- Monthly and quarterly reporting of treasury holdings and returns to the management and treasury committee.

- Identify new avenues of investments in order to improve the risk/reward profile within the treasury policy framework.

5. Annual Report:

- Assist in drafting content for relevant sections of the company's annual report, ensuring clarity and alignment with strategic goals.
