Business Development Executive

Roles and Responsibilities

• Identify potential clients through cold calling, networking, and market research to generate leads.
  
• Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients to increase repeat business and referrals.
  
• Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase offerings to potential customers.
  
• Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., sales, marketing) to develop strategies for closing deals.
  
• Meet or exceed monthly/quarterly targets set by management.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 0-1 year of experience in B2B sales or business development preferred but not required.
  
• Bachelor's degree in any specialization (B.Tech/B.E. or MBA/PGDM).
  
• Excellent communication skills with convincing power; ability to articulate complex ideas simply.
