INDIALAW - Associate - Banking & Finance Contracts - LLB (3-5 yrs)

Minimum Qualification: LLB

Responsibilities:

- Draft financing and security documents related to project finance, infrastructure finance, real estate finance, and corporate finance.

- Conduct legal compliance analysis for financing transactions.

- Provide strategic advisory to clients and assist in deal structuring.

- Draft and negotiate contracts effectively.

- Manage client interactions and maintain client relationships.

- Perform comprehensive legal research and maintain up-to-date knowledge management systems.

- Timely and accurate drafting of finance and security documents.

- Ensuring adherence to legal and regulatory compliance for all transactions.

- Delivering strategic advisory and deal structuring tailored to client needs.
