E-Com Operation Manager

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee all aspects of e-commerce operations, including order processing, inventory management, shipping and fulfillment, and customer service.

- Manage inventory levels, forecast demand, and optimize stock levels to minimize stockouts and excess inventory.

- Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and logistics partners to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.

- Develop and implement strategies to improve order fulfillment efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance customer satisfaction.

- Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) such as order volume, conversion rates, customer satisfaction, and shipping costs to identify areas for improvement.

- Develop and implement strategies to improve customer experience throughout the entire e-commerce journey.

- Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in e-commerce operations.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and customer service, to ensure seamless operations.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience in e-commerce operations and management.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze data and identify trends.

- Knowledge of inventory management principles, including forecasting, demand planning, and supply chain management.

- Proficiency in data analysis and reporting using relevant tools.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with vendors and customers.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Master's/Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Logistics, or a related field.

- Experience with online retail platforms and web analytics tools (Google Analytics) is a plus.
