We are seeking an experienced Lead Engineer to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 7 years of overall development experience, including at least 3 years of hands-on experience with the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js).

This role requires a strong understanding of application design and architecture, and experience working within Scrum/Agile development methodologies.

As a lead, you will be responsible for guiding the team, designing robust and scalable solutions, and ensuring the successful delivery of projects.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead and mentor a team of MERN stack developers.

- Design and develop scalable, high-performance applications using the MERN stack.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.

- Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.

- Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.

- Contribute to the continuous improvement of the development process and best practices.

- Work within Scrum/Agile development methodologies to deliver high-quality software.

Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

- Minimum of 7 years of professional development experience.

- At least 3 years of hands-on experience with the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js)

- Experience in building web applications using advanced React.js skills including experience with Redux, React Router, Next.js, Context API

- Strong knowledge of REST API integration and security practices

- Familiarity with Agile development methodologies

- Experience with version control systems (e.g, Git).

- Experience with microservices architecture

- Strong communication and leadership skills.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Experience with cloud services (e.g, AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).

- Knowledge of DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.

- Familiarity with other front-end frameworks (Angular, Vue.js)
