Job Role Insights

Job Description

  • Ensure all team members submit their weekly timesheets and Out of Pocket Expenses (OPE).
  • Send a weekly report detailing hours by employee and project code.
  • Calculate monthly client billing, coordinate with Accounts to generate invoices, and send them to clients.
  • Track receivables by client and follow up with their Accounts Payable (AP) teams.
  • Maintain a simple calendar for team vacations and birthdays.
  • Collaborate with the Marketing team to implement updates on the website.
  • Distribute monthly utilization reports to all team members.
  • Ensure all Engagement Letters are signed, and track EAF and CA statuses.
  • Oversee the creation of Sales Orders and Project Codes for all engagements.
  • Track new client inquiries and proposals.
  • Schedule practice-related training sessions.
  • Coordinate with IT for required access, such as emails, SharePoint, AuditProdigy, etc.
  • Submit expense reports on behalf of the partner.
  • Track and schedule external webinars and training sessions for the team.
  • Manage and track marketing collaterals.
  • Monitor marketing initiatives on platforms like the website, LinkedIn, and BrightTalk.
  • Prepare and analyze monthly projections versus actuals in the first week of each month.
