Payroll Partner Relationship Management:
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with payroll partners within the financial
services/banking sector, ensuring compliance with industry regulations and standards.
- Collaborate closely with payroll partners to streamline payroll processes, address any issues
or discrepancies promptly, and optimize efficiency and accuracy.
- Stay informed about changes in payroll regulations and industry best practices, proactively
advising senior leadership on potential impacts and opportunities.
Leadership and Team Development:
- Provide strong leadership and guidance to a high-performing recruitment team, fostering a
culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous learning.
- Mentor and develop team members, equipping them with the skills and resources needed to
excel in their roles and advance their careers within the organization.
Strategic Planning and Analysis:
- Conduct regular analysis of recruitment metrics and KPIs, identifying trends, opportunities,
and areas for improvement.
- Utilize data-driven insights to inform strategic decision-making, optimize recruitment
processes, and enhance the overall effectiveness of talent acquisition efforts.
