Training & Learning Specialist

Training Design and Execution

• Deliver structured medical training programs for field teams and sales personnel.
• Train field staff on effectively presenting Visual Aids (VAs) and Leave Behind Literatures (LBLs) to healthcare professionals (HCPs).
• Conduct role-play sessions to enhance confidence and accuracy in medical communication during in-clinic interactions.

Content Development and Presentation

• Create visually appealing PowerPoint presentations for training sessions and product communication.
• Update training manuals, product monographs, and in-field reference guides tailored to therapeutic needs.

Field Collaboration

• Utilize past in-field experience to provide relatable and practical training.
• Periodically accompany field teams to observe, mentor, and guide real-time interactions with HCPs.

Continuous Improvement and Alignment

• Regularly evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and update content based on feedback, market dynamics, and new product launches.
• Collaborate with marketing teams to align training materials with overall brand strategies.

Support for New Product Launches

• Ensure teams are fully prepared to effectively communicate key product messages during launches.
• Provide specialized training for therapeutic areas and their corresponding product portfolios.

Qualifications and Skills

Education and Experience

• Masters/Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Master’s Life Sciences, or related fields.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, including field roles like training to Medical Representative (MR).
• In-field experience

Skills and Competencies

• In-depth understanding/awareness of Gynecology, Orthopedics, General Physician and Pediatrics in-clinic needs regarding training.
• Proficiency in designing professional and engaging PowerPoint presentations for training purposes.
• Experience in hands-on training for product detailing and medical communication tools like VAs and LBLs.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to mentor and guide diverse teams effectively.
