- You will provide expert advice and detailed guidance on cross-border activities, both on land and off the coast
- You will be responsible for creating and managing project assignment concepts, consulting on business models, and ensuring compliance with various regulations and policies
- You are assigned to country responsibilities both in the bidding phase and the execution phase of cross-border business activities, ensuring that project assignment concepts follow the immigration, personal income tax, social security, and labor laws.
- You are identifying current and potential customers and what their needs are.
- You are developing country concepts as we'll as customer fitted concepts for projects.
- You provide consultation and support for the involved stakeholder in the process of project consulting, considering company regulations (eg, Assignment Circulars, HR processes, PM @ Siemens) as we'll as national and international legal framework conditions (eg, Immigration, Social Security, and Tax law).
- You will conduct standard and modular trainings for different target groups (eg, sales manager, commercial project manager, project manager, ,) related to various project consulting topics.
- You will identify and understand risk associated with cross-border business activities and find solutions on how to avoid risk for the business and find suitable and cost-efficient solutions.
- You consult regarding legal and operational requirements through creation of a project assignment concept (eg, assignment type, permanent establishment, temporary hiring out of personnel, and consult on multi country sourcing projects).
- You develop new assignment concepts in collaboration with the customers, with internal and external partners and experts (eg, Corporate Tax Teams, Customer s Governance Partners, GMM experts).
- You will implement and review country specific Corporate Tax Feedback in collaboration with expert teams, if applicable.
- You will bring fresh ideas on project consulting topics by applying your knowledge and sharing these with the customers and the GMM community.
Your success is grounded in
- You have more than 4 years of professional experience and a solid background in International Human Resources / Commercial Project Management / Tax Consulting.
- You have strong knowledge of international tax, immigration and social security
- You have advanced communication and presentation skills.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to build relationships, network, and foster collaboration across the organization and customers.
- You are a team player who is flexible to work in a global team of experts.
- You are fluent in written and spoken English, further language skills eg, German, are a plus
