Inbound Executive

Inbound Logistics Responsibilities:

1. Inventory Management:
   
• Track incoming shipments to ensure timely and accurate delivery.
• Manage stock levels and maintain an optimal inventory balance.
2. Supplier Coordination:
   
• Coordinate with suppliers to confirm order accuracy and delivery schedules.
• Negotiate contracts and delivery terms with vendors.
3. Transportation Planning:
   
• Arrange and oversee transportation of goods to warehouses or production facilities.
• Optimize freight costs by consolidating shipments or selecting cost-effective carriers.
4. Documentation and Compliance:
   
• Ensure all required documentation (purchase orders, invoices, shipping forms) is complete.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and customs procedures.

Outbound Logistics Responsibilities:

1. Order Fulfillment:
   
• Coordinate and oversee the dispatch of goods to customers or distributors.
• Monitor order accuracy and resolve discrepancies promptly.
2. Transportation Management:
   
• Plan and manage shipping routes and schedules.
• Negotiate contracts with carriers for cost efficiency.
3. Customer Service:
   
• Maintain communication with customers regarding delivery timelines.
• Address and resolve delivery-related complaints or issues.
4. Performance Monitoring:
   
• Track delivery metrics such as on-time delivery rates and shipping accuracy.
• Analyze logistics data to identify areas for improvement.
