Job Title: SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding Consultant (Contract)
Job Type: Contract (Minimum 5 hours per day)
Location: Remote / Onsite (as per project requirements)
Duration: Implementation Project Duration

Job Summary:

We are seeking a Certified SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding Consultant to join our team on a contractual basis for an implementation project. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in SuccessFactors Onboarding 2.0 (ONB2.0), Recruiting Management (RCM), and Recruiting Marketing (RMK), with a proven track record in end-to-end implementations. The consultant will work for a minimum of 5 hours per day, ensuring seamless design, configuration, integration, and support of Onboarding and Recruiting solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Configure and implement SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding 2.0 (ONB2.0) and Offboarding processes.
  • Design and develop custom panels, map PDF forms, and configure new hire activities.
  • Ensure smooth integration between RCM ONB – EC, aligning with business hiring processes.
  • Configure workflows, including Exempt/Non-Exempt setup, and manage standard and custom hiring forms.
  • Manage HRIS setup, export file configurations, and foundation data using ONB standard XML format.
  • Work on global rollouts, ensuring localization and compliance with country-specific hiring needs.
  • Translate client business rules into technical and functional business requirements.
  • Perform system design, configuration, testing, and support throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Provide training, documentation, and knowledge transfer to key users and HR teams.
  • Ensure project deliverables are met while handling multiple projects simultaneously.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • SuccessFactors Onboarding 2.0 (ONB2.0) Certification is required.
  • SuccessFactors Recruiting Management (RCM) Certification is a plus.
  • Hands-on experience in RCM, RMK, and ONB2.0 implementations.
  • Strong expertise in configuring Onboarding and Offboarding processes.
  • Experience in custom form design and standard hiring forms.
  • Knowledge of integration between RCM, ONB, and EC.
  • Ability to configure HRIS setup, export file formats, and XML data structures.
  • Strong experience with system design, customization, and testing.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact with customer top management.
  • Team player, with the ability to work on multiple projects at the same time.
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field.
  • Passionate about SAP SuccessFactors, eager to learn and grow.

Contract Details:

  • Minimum 5 hours per day (flexible timing based on project needs).
  • Remote/Onsite (as per client requirements).
  • Competitive contractual compensation.
