HR Administration:Handle day-to-day administrative duties such as maintaining employee records, tracking attendance, managing leave requests, and ensuring accurate documentation..
Recruitment Support:Assist in recruitment processes by coordinating interview schedules, managing job postings, handling candidate communication, and supporting onboarding activities for new hires..
Documentation & Reporting:Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR records, prepare reports related to HR metrics, and ensure compliance with company policies and regulations..

Required Skills & Qualifications.
Education:Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field..
Experience:Minimum of 4 years in HR operations, with hands-on experience in visa processing, travel arrangements, exit formalities, asset management, and recruitment..
Technical Skills:Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), HRIS tools, and recruitment platforms..
