Implementation Specialist (BillerMd)

Role & Responsibilities

Software Implementation:

• Deploy, configure, and customize EHR & Medical Billing software.
• Integrate with third-party healthcare applications.
• Test, troubleshoot, and ensure smooth functionality.
• Provide client support and maintain documentation.

Medical Billing & RCM:

• Strong knowledge of ICD-10, CPT codes, deductibles, co-insurance, and EOB interpretation.

Training:

• Develop training materials and conduct user training.
• Educate clients on billing, compliance (HIPAA, CMS), and software updates.

Client & Internal Coordination:

• Act as the primary client contact.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Support teams.
• Maintain accurate implementation records.

Minimum 10th and 12th aggregates - 70%
