Zeta is seeking a highly motivated Implementation Analyst (IA) to join our growing team. The IA will be responsible for providing technical support to our customers and internal teams, ensuring the successful installation, configuration, and operation of our products in the SaaS offering.
Roles Responsibilities:
Configure and maintain our products for customers as per the requirements received from the Customer Success/Products/QA/Engineering team.
Provide technical support to customers via phone, email, and other communication channels.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues working with the engineering team or on individual basis.
Work closely with internal teams to investigate and resolve complex technical issues
Identify and escalate product defects and enhancement requests to the appropriate teams
Create and maintain technical documentation, including knowledge base articles and user guides
Participate in on-call rotations to provide 24/7 support to customers
Skills:
Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Electronics Engineering, or a related field.
2-4 years of experience in technical support or software implementation, preferably in a customer-facing role.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Experience with Linux operating systems and command line interface.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as needed.
Knowledge of scripting languages such as Python, JavaScript, Bash, or Perl is a plus.
