Roles and Responsibilities

• Planning, organizing, and controlling the activities and actions of the HR department and

managing the team

• Managing the recruitment and selection process
• Managing the end-to-end employment lifecycle from on-boarding to off-boarding
• Maintain employee files and other records and documentation
• Handling petty cash
• Managing Attendance, Leave, Payroll, Performance Appraisals, Full & Final
• Take care of the statutory compliances
• Plan, Develop and direct the organization HR policy
• Drive the Performance Management process for all the functions as per the PMS guidelines,

finalize KRAs/KPIs, work with managers and associates to identify and address
performance related issues. Provide coaching and support to managers on corrective
action items including performance improvement plans and discipline issues

• Provide support and guidance to employees in regard to company policies and procedures,

attendance, leaves, remuneration, PF/ESI or other issues and nurture a positive work
environment

• Conduct employee engagement, motivational activities and reward and recognition program

Desired Candidate Profile

• Graduate / Postgraduate in Human Resource
• Presentable and have excellent written and verbal Communication skills
• Proficiency in MS Excel
• Experienced in tech hirings, campus hiring and pay negotiation
• Experienced in handling Payroll and statutory compliances
• Ability to work in fast paced business environment
• Proficient in using Job portals like Naukri, LinkedIn.
