- The ideal candidate will be responsible for recruitment efforts, new hire orientation and onboarding, employee termination, payroll and benefits, company policy and procedure adherence.
- In addition, you will build strong relationships with our company's managers in order to help them with their human resource needs.
Position - HR Generalist.
Shift: General.
Mode - Work-from-Office.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Should have Basic understanding of HRMS portal.
- Oversee end-to-end talent acquisition and recruitment process for the In-house team through various job portals.
- Conduct training and onboarding formalities for new employees.
- Maintain a database (MIS) of all the employee's information and ensure they are up to date and secure.
- Utilize various sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, and networking, to identify potential candidates.
- Promote and develop Employee Engagement programs.
- Develop and implement employee related policies and procedures for the company.
- Collect and assess HR data for performance management and other tasks using metrics.
- Provide inputs during bonus and appraisal discussions.
- Act as a point of contact for employees and provide support for various subjects such as leaves, compensations, and resolve problems.
- Will be responsible to provide strategic inputs to the management to enhance work culture and existing practices for employee development.
- Day to Day HR communications and activities in coordination with internal department.
Qualifications.
- Degree or equivalent experience in Business, Human Resources, or related.
- Area1+ years of experience working in Human Resources.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
