Required Skills and Qualifications :

- Technical Expertise : Proficiency in Oracle 19c/21c, PL/SQL, SQL Server, and related RDBMS concepts.

- Database Development : Experience in database design and development, ETL processes, and stored procedure creation.

- Performance Tuning : Skilled in performance tuning for SQL queries and SSIS packages to optimize database performance.

- RDBMS Concepts : Strong knowledge of RDBMS principles, including views, triggers, stored procedures, indexes, and constraints.

- Domain Knowledge : Prior experience in the BFSI domain with exposure to Loan Management Systems.

- Team lead experience is must atleast 2 years and team size should be 5+.. LMS Module / Application experience is preferred.

- Educational Qualifications : Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Location : Kurla West, Mumbai. Experience Required : 8-12 years.

Responsibilities :

- Lead and mentor a team of 5+ database developers and administrators, fostering a collaborative and high-performance environment.

- Oversee the design, development, and maintenance of Oracle 19c/21c and SQL Server databases.

- Develop and optimize PL/SQL and SQL Server stored procedures, views, triggers, indexes, and constraints.

- Design and implement efficient ETL processes using SSIS and other relevant tools.

- Conduct performance tuning for SQL queries and SSIS packages to ensure optimal database performance.

- Ensure data integrity, security, and availability through effective database management practices.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

- Manage database upgrades, migrations, and patching activities.

- Provide technical guidance and support for database-related issues.

- Maintain comprehensive documentation for database systems and processes.

- Manage and improve existing Loan Management System (LMS) Modules/Applications.
