Job Description
- Expertise in process engineering tasks -
- Manufacturing feasibility study
- Process Design (Process Flow, Layout, Defining new equipment/machine Specifications)
- Process tooling (Fixtures, Gauges etc)
- APQP Process documentation (PFMEA, Control Plan etc),
- PPAP approval from customers, handing over to Production team for mass production
- Planning of activities to meet customer Schedule
- Clear understanding of HVAC hoses and pipes
- Validation testing as well as In-process testing requirements,
- Material Specifications,
- Manufacturing processes (Bending, Brazing, Crimping, Welding etc)
- Experience of handling a team of Process engineers
- Very good business communication (Oral as well as written) as there would be frequent meetings with Customers
