Role & responsibilities

Comprehensive responsibility for Timely submission of samples parts to various customer .

To Ensure availability of proper resources to develop the products as also optimal utilization of tooling and fixtures.

Play a significant role in obtaining PPAP approval from customers on new development as per APQP

Implementation of innovative ideas & leading edge techniques for upgradation of various development .

Responsible for preparing Bill of Material (BOM) for newly develop sample.

To play a pivotal role in development of tools and fixtures pertaining to various products by chosen vendors.

Overall charge for maintaining and upkeep of records pertaining to PPAP and APQP approval.
