MicroStrategy Developer - Data Analytics (4-12 yrs)

Job Description :

- Develop and maintain MicroStrategy reports, dashboards, and other BI solutions.

- Design, implement, and optimize efficient data models to support reporting requirements.

- System Performance and Maintenance: Monitoring usage, Automating tasks, Support version upgrades, system migrations, and ongoing maintenance of MSTR environments.

- Ensure the implementation of security policies and maintain data integrity across the BI environment.

- Possess a strong understanding of data warehouse concepts, Hands-on experience with DBT/ETL and demonstrate proficiency in writing complex SQL queries.

- Be willing to work in an Agile development/operations environment, embracing iterative and collaborative approaches.

- A proactive problem-solver with a focus on delivering high-quality solutions as MSTR expert considering cost, reliability, features, and deadlines.

- Collaborate effectively through excellent oral and written communication skills to convey technical concepts and solutions.

- Adept at balancing customer requirements with technical feasibility and business constraints.
