Project Lead-Analytics

Objectives of this Role:

We are looking for a Client Partner to support our client operations. Our Domain Consultants work as a point of contact for our clients. They are critical in framing analysis requirements, assessing data availability and leading solution development. A Domain Consultant leads a team of data analysts to find ways to embed analytics into decision making for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

- Understand client's business requirements, identifying data needs and translating business needs to analytic requirements.

- Design cutting edge, innovative solutions - Our outputs are usually BI tools, data applications, analysis, storytelling and insights presentations.

- Interpret data, analyze results using analytics, research methodologies, and statistical techniques.

- Create frameworks and develop problem solving methodologies.

- Work in tandem with clients in building meaningful insights from data. Ability to work with senior members of clients' analytics and insights teams.

- Prepare, analyze, and summarize various weekly, monthly, and periodic results for use by various key stakeholders.

- Lead and mentor a team of analysts, guiding them through the analysis process.

Skills and Qualifications:

- Work experience of 5+ years, preferably in a business/ marketing analytics role. Experience in managing US-based clients is a plus.

- Exceptional analytical skills and experience collecting, organizing, analyzing, and disseminating abundant information with accuracy.

- Experience working with large datasets. Comfortable with Excel, PowerPoint and SQL. Good knowledge of tools like PowerBI and Tableau is a plus.

- Ability to build relationships, trust and work with small and large teams (both Client and Internal).

- Master's degree, preferably in Marketing, Analytics, Business Management or related fields.

- Good verbal, written, and visual communication skills.
