Technical Lead - Python/Javascript (5-12 yrs)

Job Summary :

We are looking for a Tech Lead to drive the development and implementation of technology solutions that align with Lorien Finance's business objectives. The ideal candidate will provide hands-on technical expertise while leading a team of engineers to deliver high-quality, scalable, and secure software solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

Technology Leadership :

- Lead the design, development, and delivery of technical solutions using the latest tools and technologies.

- Oversee code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices, coding standards, and quality benchmarks.

- Evaluate and implement new tools, technologies, and methodologies to enhance development processes.

Team Management :

- Mentor and guide a team of developers and engineers to achieve project goals.

- Foster a collaborative and high-performance engineering culture.

- Ensure timely delivery of technical projects while managing resources effectively.

System Architecture & Scalability :

- Design and maintain robust system architecture to meet scalability, reliability, and performance goals.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate technology into business processes seamlessly.

- Troubleshoot and resolve technical challenges in a timely manner.

Stakeholder Collaboration :

- Work closely with product, business, and operations teams to understand requirements and translate them into technical specifications.

- Present technical solutions and progress updates to non-technical stakeholders.

Qualifications :

Educational Background :

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus.

Professional Experience :

- 5+ years of experience in software development, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.

- Proven track record of delivering complex technical projects on time.

Technical Skills :

- Expertise in programming languages such as Python, Javascript.

- Proficiency in frameworks such as Next.js, Node.js, Flask, and FastAPI for building scalable and efficient applications.

- Strong knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Google Cloud).

- Proficiency in DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and containerization tools (Docker, Kubernetes).

- Hands-on experience with database systems (SQL and NoSQL).
