National Sales Manager - Pharma (10-25 yrs)

National Sales Manager in Pune for a leading organization in high-end equipment & software for pharma QC and R&D

- We are a leading, professionally managed Executive Search organization that identifies Senior Talent for our clients, World-Renowned MNCs, and Indian Enterprises across diverse verticals. We do placements across functions and India.

- Our clients are a leading organization offering high-end testing equipment and software services for the pharmaceutical, agriculture, and other industries. They have rapidly growing operations across India. Their high-value products (Rs. 10 lakhs-Rs. 70 lakhs) are sold B2B to QC and R&D functions.

- Our clients are looking for accomplished Regional Sales Managers based in Delhi & Goa to take ownership of the Regional Businesses. Will report to the Head-Sales.

- Ideal candidates must demonstrate high initiative, ownership, and integrity and possess a strong entrepreneurial drive and vision.

Job Profile:

1. Deliver Sales targets. Grow the business in the Region

2. Build & nurture relationships with CXOs of pharmaceutical companies & educational institutes like IITs)

3. Explore and build credible new business opportunities for the organization's capabilities-based product solutions range of products and solutions in the non-pharma sector

4. Resolve technical queries and provide solutions to existing clients

Candidate Profile:

1. Education: Preferably BE & MBA

2. 10 - 20 years of experience in sales of Analytical/Lab/Capital equipment to R&D and QC of pharma organizations.

3. Proven track record selling technical products or software solutions to corporations and manufacturing facilities.

4. Familiarity with the Pharmaceutical industry's R&D or Manufacturing processes and exposure to handling SaaS service, cloud storage, and management service activities will be an advantage.
