Job Description:

CarePal Money is hiring a Telesales Officer to manage outbound sales calls, improve loan funnel conversions, ensure process adherence, and maintain high customer satisfaction in the lending vertical. The ideal candidate should have strong sales and communication skills, with experience in telesales for loan products.

Key Responsibilities:

✅ Outbound Sales Calling (30%)

• Make daily outbound sales calls with a 70% connect rate.
• Follow up on disbursals, KYC, and pending documents.
• Assist borrowers with Quick Eligibility Checks (QECs).

✅ Funnel Improvement (50%)

• Drive Counselling to QEC and ensure document submission for higher loan conversions.
• Optimize borrower movement across different funnel stages.

✅ Process & Quality Adherence (10%)

• Maintain 90% adherence to telesales quality standards.
• Use an effective sales pitch and ensure compliance with all regulatory guidelines.

✅ Customer Satisfaction (CSAT) (10%)

• Deliver exceptional customer experience, ensuring a CSAT score of ≥4.5 (90%).
• Address borrower queries positively to improve survey feedback.
