KYC Verification Caller

Overview:

The KYC Verification Caller is responsible for ensuring KYC compliance, conducting verification and collection calls, and maintaining high service standards for the Instant Discharge product. The role focuses on process adherence, timely collections, and delivering a positive customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• KYC Verification (30%) Conduct verification calls for ID customers, validate KYC details, and ensure a thorough understanding of the Instant Discharge product.
  
• Collection Follow-ups (50%) – Pursue pending patient dues after final insurance approval and facilitate timely EMI collections.
  
• Process Compliance & Quality Assurance (10%) – Adhere to call quality standards, follow verification and collection scripts, and ensure full compliance with regulatory guidelines.
  
• Customer Satisfaction (CSAT) Enhancement (10%) – Provide a seamless and professional call experience to maintain high CSAT scores.
