Role / Designation : Project Manager Lidar/ADAS.
Years of Experience : 10-20 years of relevant experience in Client Facing role in Data Services; Preferably in the Autonomous Vehicle / Autonomous Mobility / Robotics / GIS/Lidar domain.
Education Qualifications : Engineering Degree / Masters Degree / Bachelors Degree.
Job Location : Coimbatore.
Certifications : PMP or Prince 2 certification (Any One).
Other requirements : Ability to travel between iMerit offices up to 25%.
Responsibilities will include but not limited to the following :
- Develop partnerships with customers and customer success managers to evaluate service performance.
- Identify opportunities for quality and process improvements for Faster, Cheaper, Better outcomes while supporting the company's social impact mission.
- Manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Apply strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills based on data analysis.
- Motivate employees, resolve conflicts, and make hard decisions.
- Liaise with senior stakeholders to identify and create synergies for optimal client experience.
- Ensure center (location) compliance.
- Follow guidelines and certifications such as Best Practice Guidelines and ISO certification.
Skill requirements :
- Practical Lidar Skills : Hands-on experience with Lidar technology, including Lidar data processing, and analysis.
- Ability to manage Lidar projects from conception through completion.
- Technical Expertise : Basic understanding of Lidar hardware and software, integration with autonomous systems, and the ability to navigate Lidar scenes / video.
- Project Management : Experience in managing Lidar-specific projects, including planning, execution, and delivery within the autonomous vehicle or robotics domains.
- Thrives in a fast-paced start-up environment, with proven ability to deliver projects on time and within budget at desired quality.
- Manages multiple competing priorities simultaneously & comfortable in ambiguity and constantly evolving environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to perform root cause analysis.
- Ability to identify and mitigate project risks, and develop contingency plans.
- Proven experience in change management, including the ability to manage change requests and ensure project deliverables meet stakeholder expectations.
- Passionate about technology and keeps abreast with latest developments.
- In-depth knowledge of project management methodologies and tools.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills.
- Self-motivated to deliver quality results in a timely manner.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Google Sheets.
- Ability to communicate with both internal and external stakeholders.
- Native speaker of the local language at the center.
- International onsite exposure at client office preferred
