Assistant Manager - US IT HR Onboarding, Administration & Recruitment (1 Position)
US IT Recruitment Specialist (2 Positions)
Shift Timing: 8am to 4pm Pacific Standard Time (PST) / 9.30pm to 5.30am Indian Standard Time(IST)

Role: IT Recruitment
Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience as US IT Recruitment Specialist and for Assistant Manager HR minimum experience of 4 years in US IT Recruitment, Onboarding and Administration Human Resource and team handling.
Roles and Responsibilities for Recruitment Specialist:
1. Should have experience of collaborating with hiring managers to define job requirements, develop recruitment strategy, screen candidates, negotiate offers with candidates and create provisional offer letter.
2. Source candidates using multiple channels like job portals, internal databases, social media, etc.
3. Assess applicants relevant experience, knowledge, skills, and competencies.
4. Scheduling, coordination, and ownership of end-to-end recruitment cycle.
5. Build strong candidate relationships & credibility to leverage their trust for getting referrals.
6. Negotiating wage rates and other terms of employment and gaining commitment from candidates for current and future job requirements
7. Excellent reporting skills, should be able to create insights on recruitment pipeline, sourcing channels.
8. Strong LinkedIn recruitment skills and should have limited dependencies on Naukri and other mass job boards.
9. Should have worked on recruitment through Employee referral.
10. Ambitious individual who can work under their own direction towards agreed targets/goals.
11. Engage regularly on an ongoing basis with the candidates through email, voice & video calls.
Role & responsibilities for AM HR role:
1. Identify, Recruit , Onboard, Manage employees across IT and other departments
2. Manage and Handle a team of recruiters to achieve the desired outcomes.
3. Manage all the Employee Onboarding and administrative work like documents , files , paperwork, policies etc
4. Execute creative ideas to boost employee engagement & loyalty
5. Be the lead/ single point of contact for Recruitment, HR and manage entire Office administration
6. Review, analyze, mentor, coach and support teams to ensure recruiting goals.
7. Maintain a pipeline of skilled talent, including consistent communication with potential hires and connecting them with positions that align with their experience and skill set
8. Expertise in identifying target companies, user groups, professional associations which could lead to qualified hires

1. Experienced Recruiter and HR person from reputed IT Services/ Tech companies
2. Super dynamic, very responsible, sincere and sharp, creative thinker, problem solver
3. Excellent communication, people management skills
4. Experienced into India and US IT recruitment, Onboarding and Administration.
