About the Role:
We are looking for a skilled Technical Project Manager to oversee the implementation of Robotic Process Automation (RPA) solutions. This role involves managing end-to-end RPA projects, working with stakeholders to align on objectives, and ensuring timely, quality delivery.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the RPA project lifecycle from initiation to closure, ensuring all milestones and deliverables are met on time and within scope.
• Define detailed project plans and ensure agreement with all stakeholders.
• Define the execution strategy for the project and provide technical leadership to the team.
• Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for flawless execution of projects.
• Process management and compliance; ensure delivery within time, cost, and quality.
• Report and escalate to management as needed.
• Maintain comprehensive project documentation.

Stakeholder & Client Management:

• Collaborate with business an technical stakeholders to define project requirements, manage expectations, and communicate progress effectively.
• Engage with clients to understand their needs and present tailored automation solutions.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients, regularly communicating to understand needs and provide appropriate solutions.
• Interact with the client for project management, reporting, deliverables, and day-to-day relationship management.
• Provide pre & post-sales support to clients.
• Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients.
• Act as an extension of the clients technical team to ensure successful implementation and operation of automation solutions.

Team Leadership & Development:

• Manage and coordinate a cross-functional team, including RPA developers, business analysts, and other technical resources. Provide guidance and mentorship.
• Provide ongoing support and maintenance, addressing any issues or enhancements required.
• Provide feedback to developers based on customer experiences and contribute to feature development.
• Work closely with both business and technical teams to ensure alignment with our standards and best practices.

RPA Implementation & Quality Assurance:

• Oversee the design, development, testing, and deployment of RPA bots, ensuring alignment with business objectives and technical standards.
• Ensure that all RPA solutions are built with a focus on performance, scalability, and maintainability.
• Establish best practices for RPA development and execution.
• Ensure the quality of service delivery, operations, and relationship management.

Risk & Process Management:

• Identify potential risks and issues early, develop mitigation strategies, and ensure they are resolved promptly.
• Collaborate with business units to identify process automation opportunities, optimizing workflows to increase efficiency and reduce operational costs.

Reporting & Continuous Improvement:

• Maintain detailed project documentation, including status reports, timelines, and post-project evaluations. Ensure project updates are communicated to senior leadership.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in RPA and automation to ensure the organizations RPA solutions remain competitive and innovative.
• Provide regular reports on sales activity and progress toward goals.
• Report and escalate to management as needed.

Business Development & Expansion:

• Business generation through existing clients and new markets, partnerships, and channels to increase sales and meet targets.
• Collaborate with other departments such as marketing, product development, and operations to ensure customer needs are met.
• Assist in the preparation of technical proposals and demonstrations to showcase the benefits of RPA tools.
• Identify new business opportunities and contribute to business expansion with current and new clients.

Qualifications:

• PMP/ITIL certification (mandatory), RPA certification (UiPath/Automation Anywhere/Blue Prism) a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field (Master's preferred).
• 4+ years of project management experience in RPA or IT projects.
• Strong understanding of RPA tools and agile methodologies.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and collaborate effectively.

Additional Skills:

• Proficiency with RPA tools (UiPath required, Blue Prism/Automation Anywhere a plus).
• Experience with budget management, forecasting, and cost planning.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build client relationships.
• Ability to work independently and lead a team.
