Technical SME - MW

We are currently looking for a Technical SME to support our Middleware Revamp project at Bank in UAE.

• Role Overview:The Middleware Technical SME will lead and oversee the design, development, deployment, and maintenance of middleware systems, ensuring they are robust, scalable, and aligned with business objectives.
• This role involves managing middleware projects from initiation to closure, integrating middleware platforms with enterprise applications, and optimizing system performance.
• The candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, architects, and business stakeholders, to deliver reliable and efficient middleware solutions.
• Key Considerations for Candidate Selection:Proven experience in managing large-scale IT projects, particularly in MW revamp, SOA Optimization, API GatewaysExperience with Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Understanding of regulatory compliance and risk management in financial services.
