Designation : Sr Implementation Analyst

Location : Airoli (Navi Mumbai) - WORK FROM OFFICE ONLY

Shift Timing: 1 pm to 10 pm

Weekends off

Job Description:-

• Responsible for assessing technology needs along with potential ROI
• Responsible for implementing technology and managing assigned projects across the IKS ROS vertical.
• Ensuring successful execution and delivery of projects, from the start date to the end date of the project plan of each and every provider/account.
• To create a project plan, implement, track and review projects on a regular basis as per GO-live dates and ensure timely closure.
• To create projects, rulebook, playbooks, flow charts & diagrams pertaining to the assigned projects.
• To create mandatory documents as per internal compliance and audit requirements.
• To work and communicate effectively and in a timely manner with the internal project stakeholders for successful implementation of projects.
• Ensure planning and execution of important project meetings and maintenance of MOMs and versions of change for the same.
• Track and Publish daily-weekly-monthly project trackers and reports including risk grids and ensuring regular updates to senior leadership on all project implementations.
• To create, update, maintain and publish an active risk grid for all projects.
• Also responsible for managing steady, stable & replicable implementations of projects till handover to operations.
• Create the best implementation methodology for a provider to successfully implement projects within the agreed scope and timelines.
• Responsible for partnering with the Operations team leaders in ensuring that there is adherence to defined client specific workflow.
• Assisting the Managers and Directors in execution of their projects and assignments as and when required.
• Responsible for the weekly governance and weekly cadence calls
• Periodical audit of the existing rules in the workflow management tool
• Validating all the data feeds and scheduled jobs to ensure zero error in the day to day work allocation.
