Job Description

We have an urgent opening for the Associate Manager position, the details of which are as given below:


Position: Associate Manager (RCM Training)


Location: Airoli, Navi Mumbai


Required Qualifications:

  1. Graduate / Post-Graduation in any discipline.
  2. Should have minimum 5 years of experience in Revenue Cycle management Accounts Receivables and Payment Posting.
  3. Should understand the entire life cycle of a claim from Provider, Payor and Patient side to be able to identify gaps and set up training sessions.
  4. Excellent written and oral communication skills. different specialties (like cardiology, Radiology, Anesthesia, Internal Med, Multi-Specialty).

  6. TTT (Train The Trainer) certification is preferred.
  7. Understand the concepts for creating E Leaning modules
  8. Must have working knowledge of MS office / similar tools.
  9. Should be willing to work in shifts and travel within India for short / extended periods.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Responsible for New Hire Training for all levels hired (Agents to Supervisors).
  2. Conduct training in pre-process, process and systems to help employees perform their job effectively and efficiently.
  3. Is required to be up-to-date will all changes in the eco-system (US Healthcare, Compliance, Payor guidelines, Specialty guidelines).
  4. Will be responsible for the new employee performance till the end of OJT (On the job training).
  5. Accountable for meeting the training metrics like yield, Speed to proficiency, etc.
  6. Identification of ongoing training needs and conduct the required training to Support Ops team meet the client SLAs.
  7. Is required to create / modify / update the content for all training needs (New hire, ongoing, supervisor).
  8. Should be able to identify upskilling requirement and initiate content creation either for ILT (Instructor Led Training) or E-Learning.
  9. Being the custodian of all knowledge requirements, will be actively participating in all transition activities.
  10. Will be the client interface for all knowledge related discussions and should be able to gain a consultant position.
  11. Should be well versed in SOP creation, documentation, preparing process flows.
