Associate Vice President Healthcare Operations

This role requires strong leadership, strategic planning, and a deep understanding of healthcare operations. The AVP will be responsible for driving operational excellence, managing cross-functional teams, ensuring regulatory compliance, and optimizing financial and business processes. The role involves developing and executing strategic initiatives to enhance operations, overseeing end-to-end business processes, driving efficiency, and ensuring adherence to industry standards. The AVP will lead and manage teams across various functions, collaborate with stakeholders to optimize workflows, and implement quality control measures to maintain excellence.

Key responsibilities include managing project timelines, allocating resources, tracking budgets, and driving financial efficiency. The role requires strong stakeholder collaboration, with a focus on building relationships, aligning operational goals with business strategies, and presenting performance insights to senior leadership.

The ideal candidate should have a Master’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or a related field, with 12+ years of experience in healthcare operations, managing large teams and complex workflows. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities, along with excellent communication and leadership skills, are essential.
