Announcement For the post of Senior Design Engineer-RF Power Amplifier

• Role of Senior Design Engineer will be responsible for designing and developing high efficiency high power RF Power Amplifiers using GaN HEMT devices with excellent theoretical and analytical skills in design and analyzing circuits.
• Should be independently able to perform RF component selection, PCB design.
• Candidate should have a strong innovative mind set and be able to work as a team.
• The role requires you to work with device fabrication and related cross functional teams.

Preferred Experience

• Experience in designing RF / Microwave circuits using GaN HEMT devices.
• Good theoretical and practical understanding of RF engineering fundamentals and test methodology
• Hand on experience in using RF test equipments like VNA, Scopes etc
• Experience in extracting circuit parasitic using Ansys Q3D and design with ADS RFpro tool.
• Experience in design tools related to RF and Microwave engineering.
• Should be able to perform tolerance analysis, worst-case circuit analysis.
• The ability to code control firmware will be an added advantage.
• Understanding system architecture design & cross-functional integration
• Experience in working with global design and manufacturing companies will be a plus.

Essential Qualifications

• Masters degree fresher or Bachelors degree with 2+ years of industrial experience in R&D in area of RF/Microwave engineering particularly in design of RF power amplifiers.
• Good fundamental knowledge in designing, simulating, and building high efficiency RF Power Amplifiers, knowledge of GaN HEMT devices.

Perks and benefits

• Consolidated pay ₹70,000/(minimum) per month all inclusive; actual salary will be commensurate with qualifications, experience, and expertise.
