Job Description:
We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Team Member for our MIS (Management Information Systems) team. As a part of the Wellness Operations department, you will be responsible for publishing daily dashboards and operational/network reports, as well as ensuring the reconciliation and validation of provider payouts.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Publishing dashboards to management on a daily basis.
• Generating and maintaining daily operations and network reports.
• Reconciling and validating provider payouts.
• Analyzing data and providing actionable insights for operational improvement.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and accurate reporting.

Skills Required:

• Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced functions and formulas.
• Strong data analysis and interpretation skills.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in report generation and validation.
• Good communication skills for effective reporting and team collaboration.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

Desired Qualifications:

• A degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in MIS reporting, data analysis, or a related field.
