- This is a full-time on-site role for a Branch Manager at IIFL Finance in Bikaner.

- The Branch Manager will oversee the daily operations of the branch, manage staff, develop business strategies, and ensure excellent customer service delivery.

- They will also be responsible for achieving branch targets and promoting financial products and services.

Qualifications :

- Strong leadership and team management skills.

- Experience in financial services or banking industry.

- Knowledge of financial products such as loans and investments.

- Sales and customer relationship management skills.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to analyze financial data and trends.

- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field.

- Relevant certifications (e., Certified Financial Planner) are a plus.
