Servicing Manager

Key Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in insurance, business administration, or related field.
• Minimum of 2-5 years of experience in corporate insurance servicing (EB/Non-EB).
• Strong understanding of employee benefits (health insurance, group term life) and non-employee benefits (fire, motor, liability).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple clients and tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in using insurance management software and MS Office Suite.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Experience working with large corporate clients and managing complex insurance programs.
• Knowledge of Insure Tech platforms and digital insurance management
