Insurance Operations Specialist @ Noida

Key Responsibilities:

1. Insurance Operations: Manage backend insurance processes including health policies, renewals, policy issuance, and third-party coordination.
2. Renewal Management: Oversee timely renewal of insurance policies, coordinating with clients, sales, and vendors.
3. Third-Party Vendor Coordination: Liaise with vendors for accurate policy processing, resolving queries, and ensuring SLAs are met.
4. Empanelment: Ensure healthcare providers are empanelled and compliant with insurance network standards.
5. Mutual Fund Knowledge: Guide clients on investment options linked to insurance policies.
6. Advanced Excel: Use advanced Excel skills for data management, reporting, and performance tracking.
7. Demat Accounts (Optional): Understanding of demat accounts in relation to insurance policies and mutual funds.
8. Reporting & Documentation: Maintain accurate records and generate reports on insurance operations and renewals.
9. Compliance: Ensure adherence to IRDAI regulations and support audits.
10. Cross-functional Collaboration: Work with Sales, Marketing, and Finance to align on products and services.

Requirements:

• Education: Graduate (preferably in insurance, finance, or business administration).
• Experience: Minimum 2 years in insurance or FinTech industry.
• Technical Skills: Advanced Excel, knowledge of mutual funds and demat accounts a plus.
• Certifications: IC-38 certification is mandatory.
• Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication.
