Job Description
As a Founder s Office Intern, you will take on diverse responsibilities, from conducting market research to supporting day-to-day operations. Youll gain hands-on experience in building a business while honing your research, analytical, and communication skills.
- Strategic Research & Analysis
- Conduct detailed market research and competitor analysis.
- Analyze data to provide actionable insights for key business decisions.
- Project Management
- Assist in planning and executing business projects.
- Ensure timely task completion by coordinating with teams.
- Business Operations
- Support daily operations to gain an in-depth understanding of the business.
- Prepare presentations, reports, and other strategic documents.
- Stakeholder Engagement
- Build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Represent the founder in meetings and manage communications.
- Founder Support
- Act as a strategic and operational assistant to the founder.
- Take on tasks ranging from administrative duties to high-level initiatives.
RequirementsRequirements
Must-Have:
- 1820 years old and currently pursuing a degree.
- Strong research, analytical, and data interpretation skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Interest in business strategy, entrepreneurship, and corporate operations.
- Willingness to dedicate significant time and effort throughout the internship.
- Based in Mumbai.
Nice-to-Have:
- Familiarity with project management tools.
- Proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides).
- Previous experience with startups or business environments.
